Had a headhunter try very actively to recruit me for a job and the job did pertain to a bunch of subjects I've written about, worked in, etc.
Seems to have missed the fact that I'm very adamantly against using these tools to KILL PEOPLE. Yes, I'm interested in drones. Yes, I'm interest in AI. Yes, I've done a lot of work with robotics.

They had my name right, but everything else wrong and they did that thing where they tried to just keep talking. Had to very abruptly cut them off. Pretty sure a whole lot of people are asking ChatGPT for people's contact info and getting erroneous results. In this case, I think they had me confused with the head of software engineering for AMC.

I'm down to wishing for persistently annoying misfortune to strike the data brokers who have merged my contact information with his data, because it's a losing fight doing anything else like opting out and chasing down individual brokers as I find them doing so.
