We normally get at least 15 or 20% of people responding that they don't feel included. We also included other examples and talking points but this is the one that sticks, or at least that's what people fill out when asked "what will you do differently in future?" There is hope

And I immediately called them out and got dogpiled by a few people for "picking the wrong hill to die on" before the tide turned and they all got called out.

People have this deeply-held belief around that nonsense and I hate it so much.

Because you're 110% correct: "guys" isn't gender neutral.
