<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[well weigh-in day came and went.]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p>well weigh-in day came and went. and that's another week with zero weight loss.</p><p>At this point I know better than to think I'm not making any progress, but its demoralizing to have made all that progress since December, 70 lbs,  just to sit here for three weeks now, soon to be four weeks and have zero movement on the scale. </p><p>I can feel some changes in my muscle definition, and  moving my abdominal muscles during my aerobics/cardio is easier,  but is that really the reason? I don't believe I've gained an equal amount of muscle to the amount of fat I've lost. I was swinging around 2x2lb weights this week for about 20 minutes per day during my cardio routine. My cardio routine is usually 50 minutes to 1 hour per day, six days a week. Its just really hard for me to accept that this is where I'm going to be for a while.</p><p>But its not  like I have a choice in the matter.
