Maybe I'm a bit nitpicky on the wording.</p><p>I think rejecting anger, and feelings in general, is unhealthy. One shouldn't reject one's own feelings. But, and this is the important part to me, how one handles their feelings is their choice.</p><p>I think it's better to actually acknowledge and allow oneself to feel the feelings.
