i still think this use is morally repugnant, but the case likely won't hold unless they show noncompliance and damages.

Needless to say, the product is crap, and I would not let a family member receive that kind of care for anything in the world.

I’m actively looking for another job, I do not want to have anything to do with this shit.

GI doc a few months ago “would you mind if I used AI transcription for this visit?”
Rheumatologist this week “I’m going to use AI to transcribe our visit, ok?”

Both got the response of no, rheumatologist very clearly surprised and annoyed I said no. GI doc at least phrased the request in the proper manner!

And you know what? While he did agree to turn it off, I no longer trusted him after that and basically stopped giving him the ful story of what was gong on with me.
