You can also disable Copilot integration in Office apps/Edge, removing the icon from all of their UIs. If a user somehow still accesses it, Copilot should show an error about being blocked by the org. That’s been my experience at least.

There are myriad ways to block Copilot and Recall on Windows, though they seem to break without rhyme or reason. Copilot showed back up on my machine despite being blocked via Intune. I haven’t had time to dig back into that yet though
