Could well be. I tried to use it for two weeks in '95 and it almost drove me mad. I was convinced we, the free world, would win without a doubt. I'm still a bit puzzled what I missed.

Never used any Microsoft shit after that, but in an effort to answer your question more completely, I've often read complaints about the system the past 31 years. So apparently, at least some people have been able to tolerate it for quite some time. Or maybe, most people really like to have something to complain about and don't want to give that up? No idea whatsoever though, why anyone would choose to do that. So also no clue if that could imply there still might anything good in the program.

Because the company that makes the PC is bribed to put them there. And so people use the OS and there Apps because they know no better.

No more crashes since October 24th of last year.

Which is what a lot of us who didn't bother with extended support kind of expected to happen.
