The whole antitrust framework in US lies in tatters. But I too remain startled that Europe (inc UK) has not campaigned for US to regulate properly rather than being envious of such consumer abuse - it all hurts US consumers too. Of course we are in a 4 year interregnum where no sense can prevail…
