Anyway, they're not crowded with each other but they will have a fence full of peas behind them and sunflowers &amp; kale squeezed tight in front of them. By next weekend, we should have the first thirty of the raised beds installed and ready to plant. I hope the tomato starters have been as lucky as we pepper (hot and sweet) starters. But I also use my own poorly composted compost. This means that I get my toms, and millions of compost babies from random store boughters. <br />These get weeded of until only 8-12 compost babies remain.
