The usual go-to of a TV series or film aren’t doing it for me.</p><p>Reading really works, I’m establishing the habit for a book to be an automatic thought when I need to unwind.</p><p>But also, increasingly, music. I listen to a lot of music during a week, but it’s mostly while doing something else, rarely listening for its own sake.</p><p>I’m re-discovering sitting back with with a pair of headphones, and an album. My mind wanders, but a lot of the time I can be deep in the music.
