One would have thought the plaintiffs' lawyers would have included as a condition of the settlement Google's obligation to ensure that the email notifications did not get marked as spam.
If you're an user and you didn't get a notice a few weeks ago, check your Gmail spam folder.

I'm not seeing anything in my spam, and I know Gmail deletes spam after 30 days.
