There's significant financial liability in publishing content that can be considered defamatory, especially if those claims haven't included attempts at filing criminal claims. Given how litigation-related financial responsibility tends to get distributed, it's understandable that hosting services wouldn't want to potentially be on the hook for litigation.

Best bet for stable publication is to do it using jurisdictions that don't leave the hosting service on the hook.

There have been SEVERAL lists produced by women on various platforms calling out sexual harassment, serial cheaters, and abusers.

Many of them have been sued or taken down by their various hosts.

Normally, I'd try to examine both sites before trying to come to an opinion, but I don't really want to put "rapeacademy.com" into my browser's omni-box.

All that aside, there's usually more to the story when these types of things — I defer on saying "outrage-bait" — come up.
