To myself: “Take your biologic medication in the mid afternoon so it doesn’t wear off before you wake up the next morning, causing you to be in pain every morning.”

Stat buffs:
- better sleep
- better mood
- more productivity in the morning
- less swelling and joint stillness in the am (particularly my hands.)
- get more work done, earlier.
- afternoon naps
