If they use "algorithms" to increase engagement, they are not ethical. Also they must be federated and interoperable.

they mention no ads (ever) 🤣, but don't mention how they are going to be paying for their costs. When you don't mention the giant elephant in the room you are not credible.

For what it is worth, it seems they are trying to be a "prediction market", bringing to Europe the latest dystopic US "innovation".

In the end this is the real challenge for any alternative that respects the "European norms and values". How do you fund the thing?
