<![CDATA[IPA pronunciations are broken in iOS 27.0 beta 1!]]>IPA pronunciations are broken in iOS 27.0 beta 1!

If this doesn't get fixed before release every audio pronunciation for over 4000 words in the Wordhord will be broken and my users will be very disappointed.

It seems like iOS 27 is just ignoring any IPA symbols and attempting to speak the remaining characters.

Please share with any AVFoundation Apple people you might know.

In I think it was iOS 17 they readded it. How weird.

Weird thing is, once you download Nicky, you can't delete her.
