But the fact of more authoritarian autocracies around the world, looking to monopolize vital root infrastructure, like , is clearly on the rise. The wealthiest are hedging their bets that is more prone to a more classical collapse, than just a normative correction or contraction. Worse, they're not educating the public nor working with ethical representation in governments, for more eloquent and correction.
