There was an empty one on my rosemary bush for the last year, but I trimmed that branch off a couple months ago. I carefully peeled the one off of my basil plant and set it aside after it was empty. I think the gardeners blew it away though. I used to have those in my garden.  They did a great service and my citrus has been doing much better than in previous years as a result, but I haven't seen any in the last couple of years.
