Connection to people, animals, the environment. Contentment like joy and resilience in challenging circumstances. Kindness to others and self, always giving grace. I think I will have lived a good life if I get to the end with all of these.

That I helped lift up others. That I used my privilege to amplify the voices of those with less. I guess thats it.
