It's butt is higher than it's front shoulders and there's no hump.

It's pretty young, but most likely a Black Bear based on posture and shape of the shoulders.

It's a tough angle, but it looks shorter (head-to-tail) and rounder to me than I'd expect of a brown bear. Seems to be missing the "hump" of the front shoulder, too?
