If you press it three times, it will spell the text on the clipboard with the phonetic alphabet (so NVDA would be read as "November, Victor, Delta, Alpha")

Btw, the default JAWS hotkey to speak the contents of the clipboard is JAWSKey+Windows+X. Also, with JAWS, insert+space, followed by C lets you review the contents of the clipboard. And if you really want a super powerful clipboard manager, I highly recommend Ditto.
