Fix bottom action bar layout and add user-list sort modes

The bottom bar was wrapping its right-side buttons off-screen because a
fillMaxWidth Box ate all remaining row width — replace with a weighted
Spacer so Select all / Clear sit left and Follow N / Unfollow N sit
right.

Add a sort menu in the top app bar with five options: Default, Following
first, Boosts hidden first (Mastodon only), Muted first, Blocked first.
Sort is stable and applied on top of the server order; entries without
known relationship data fall to the unmatched bucket.

Haven't tried with the latest version, but if you're in the compose screen and your device orientation changes, the compose screen just vanishes and takes you back to the timeline.
