This is a solid book not at all filled with surprises or new theories. The only thing I dislike about it is the term that serves as the title. Too much TED talk and not enough meat for me. I was honestly hoping for more.

I listened to this on audible. Somebody should let all these authors know that professional readers are the way to go.
