As for bottom surgery, I'll probably skip the salmacian surgery and just go for standard vaginoplasty (with depth), because I'd like to be flat down there in the default state, and changing at will isn't (yet) realistic.

Hopefully plug and play genitals and limbs with full sensation and control will be a thing in the future, I will get that if I can.
