β€’ petro-state leaders
β€’ plutocrats in private jets and yachts
β€’ auto company leaders (mainly American) still pushing oversized and non-EV vehicles
β€’ anybody still dragging their heels on renewables
β€’ anybody still dragging their heels on public transit
