This is the Blizzard Gunner/ Scorpion. Twentieth-Century Imports used the original Japanese packaging and added the Battledroids stats the back of the box.

It was later repackaged with the Dougram JAKT type/Shadow Hawk and released as a set under the Battletech brand and packaging.
