Really struggling with the Regent though. They just don't seem to have enough power to get through Act 1 well (if at all) and then I lose momentum. Don't think I have made it past the Act 2 boss yet. Any tips?

Again, ignored forge and got a lot of powers. I think I'm getting better at managing my stars and at picking up a good balance of star gain and star cost cards. Kingly Kick has been useful too.

Took too long waiting for my powers to get out and nearly died against big caw guy, then died a few battles later.

I just got past Kaiser Crab (my least favourite Act 2 boss) and realised I have zero forge cards.
