Peru presidential candidate threatens "civil insurgency"
Right-wing candidate Rafael López Aliaga, trailing in the vote count, alleged fraud in Peru's presidential election and gave the head of the electoral court a 24-hour ultimatum to annul the results, threatening to call for a "civil insurgency" if not complied with.
