The PGP post quantum stuff has been hit by the OpenPGP standards schism[1]. So if you are interested in interoperability through PGP then you should know that this only works for one of the two factions in the schism. So your emails would only work with some recipients. There would not be any easy way to fix this and send secure email to those recipients as the change is specific to your public key.
