- Saidra D'Honaire is comatose, her wraith self "The Red Death" separated and used by the guard as a weapon against the poor. This, using a version of The Apparatus that was also used to make wax duplicates earlier
- The party finds Saidra in a glass sarcophagus centerpiece during the Masquerade. Up till now they've only learned about her making a great sacrifice for the good of the domain and she's propped up as a symbol
- They learn about the coup from both sides, council members who made it happen and those who fought against it. Ultimately they need to help her so they can escape the domain
- They summon The Red Death to reunite with her body and she vaporizes the traitors!

So much foreshadowing and interlinking plots, and when the players finally learn how her torment works and is represented in every level of society there, it's so fucking satisfying.
