He should’ve been going to the hospital,” said Steven D. Hubbard, the county coroner. However, after his arrest, Avelleneda-Delgado’s condition deteriorated at the Lowndes County Jail in Valdosta, Georgia. </p><p>He began using a wheelchair and was unable to speak to his family during a visit.
