This lil buddy caused a *lot* of trouble … but it’s the risk of working with so many different colours and types of filaments. I’m always changing them out. It was bound to happen after over 5k print hours!

This time I had to take apart the entire hub inside/underneath to get to it, it sadly wasn’t in one of the PTFE tubes. This particular machine has already seen 5 warranty claims, with two of them in the last 2 weeks. It’s named ‘Derpy’ for a reason lol 😆

Is yours like mine where you have to remove the entire inside to get at the PTFE tubes underneath?

A lot of folks don’t know how the multi colour material looks before it’s printed.

I have a whole collection of fancy dual and tri colour stuff. It is getting crowded with filament rolls in the print room. 😆

Funny thing is… this is a three colour filament! The other side is red. It makes all my ‘RGB’ stuff 🙂
