I'm still trying to decide if that one has enough artistic merit for me to watch it. Some people criticize it as pointless torture porn but others argue it has real artistic merit and I can't tell from the Wikipedia page alone.

I hear Bring Her Back is brutal. Hereditary and Midsommar. Se7en. Sinister. Shutter Island. Upgrade really stayed with me. I've heard amazing things about The Lightouse and The Witch (2015) but haven't seen either yet.

Not familiar with Avenue 5 but yeah its def not a comedy.

Worth a watch if you like SciFi. Probably would've hit harder if I hadn't spoiled it but I had to brace myself cause everyone kept saying how bleak it is. Even with spoilers, the last 10 mins or so were a bit rough. Def not a date movie lol.
