I don't know enough about Canadian politics to get into details, but Trump rejects all procedure, all acknowledgment that there are other parties than himself who have a *right* to influence the work of governing.
When it comes to misplaced faith in government control, Carney and Trump may be on the same, wrong, side of understanding, which is bad enough, no need for hyperbole.
