Here's my nominations:

A general five minute grace period. Then...

* If it's a customer, send an email at the 5:00 mark offering to reschedule, and give them another five

* If it's an employee send them a slack at the 5:00 mark and give them another two.

* If it's a friend, send the email at 5:00 and then wait one minute for each year you've known them up to a total of 15 minutes

I've accidentally still been in a call when someone joined 20+ minutes late before. Although I try not to be, because at that point I'd rather they went back to sleep.
