Why do I depend on this instant gratification?</p><p>I am an addict! </p><p>I cannot stop whenever I want.</p><p>I seem to feel I need this constant, instant, 24/7 connection even though I know my online activity is constantly tracked, bought, and sold beyond my capabilities of vigilance.</p><p>I do not want to feel that anymore.
