Taxi drivers on mobiles, delivery drivers parking on double yellows or on clearways, HGVs weaving across lanes as if they've dozed off or just plain bullying car drivers with their size and excessive speed.

I always get surprised* that when I'm in a motorway roadworks and I've set my speed limiter to the actual limit... I'm always overtaken by some asshat in an HGV.

I'm actually no longer surprised.
