Cut to the guy and sure enough, the outline of a pair of monstrous trouble puffs can be seen in the front of his pants as he strides slowly—and anxiously—across a crowded room.

Eventually it becomes clear that can barely do anything, and he lives every moment in sheer terror that something may accidentally bump into them and cause excruciating pain.
