And it's not just software, it's all over the world in technology. They tell us what we need, they don't build what we want and know we need. Look at all this BS in gadget, from the fridge with A.I. and camera to the washing maschine, that chats up tech stuff via internet. We get things we don't need and cannot repair. Things that go kaputt after guarantee runs out.
