Auch "Isopropanol" ist ja nicht der offizielle Name. Damals haben wir (Ende der 1970er) noch "Propanol-2" gelernt. Jetzt soll es "2-Propanol" heißen. 🤪

Wo wir dabei sind: Das in der Presse im Zusammenhang mit den Vergiftungsfällen in der Türkei genannten Gas "Phosphin" heisst eigentlich "Monophosphan".

Darf ich da drauf hinweisen um Leiten die Suche zu erleichtern, die wissen wollen was das für ein Zeug ist, oder kommt ihr dann um die Ecke und sagt: Doch, heisst Umgangssprachlich "Phosphin", nix normative Kraft in der Semantik?

"Drone" ist im Zusammenhang mit Fluggeräten ein technisch definierter Begriff. Fachsprache und so.

"Umgangssprachlich" ist z..b "Besitz" oft wie "Eigentum" verwendet. Juristisch ist das aber nicht das gleiche, sondern bedeutet jeweils was anders.

Und "der Flieger" ist genau genommen nicht das Flugzeug (wie heute oft verwendet) sondern der Pilot.

Ich schweife ab. Wie dem auch sei:
Quadcopter sind in der Regel keine Dronen, auch wenn die meisten Leute das so nennen.
