I am fond of series that weren't continued. There was an Edmonton newspaper sports writer who wrote murder mysteries in an English small town Anglican priest/detective using the 12 days of Christmas theme. The Lords a Leaping volume had a charity jump with a tampered parachute, etc. Charming and cozy if incomplete.
