Six breaking changes. The task system overhaul is great. The exec approval tightening broke my agent twice.</p><p>First layer: config defaults changed. Fixable. Second layer: hardcoded obfuscation detection that forces approval on heredocs, base64, eval, and long commands. No config knob.
