Le maire Mark Sutcliffe affirme qu’une «étape importante» a été franchie mardi dans les dossiers du train léger et de la route 174, alors qu’Ottawa et Queen’s Park ont signé une entente établissant un cadre de travail pour faire avancer les deux dossiers.

But they legislated that the P3 (private-private) exists parallel to the ARTM and not a component of the RTM (Québec’s Metrolinx) or the STM.

It should new a part of the RTM. 😢
