They filmed some scenes at the Van Nuys, California Anheuser-Busch Brewery (when I was working there), including the shuttle scenes on Delta Vega with Spock, Kirk and Scotty. I got to tour the shuttle....very cool indeed!

Other scenes were filmed in the Fermenting Cellar and Chip Cellar.
