on linux you can't WinRM or RSAT and filesystem specific stuff is goofy. however, on WINDOWS update-help does nothing and they havent figured out how to fix this for 6 years https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/issues/13591 you're pretty much stuck with no offline documentation on newer windows os. offline docs work great on linux tho
