Several of us have them limited, not blocked, because of existing relationships among pre-2020 instances, when .cloud was just mostly normal and on the bigger side.

There are perfectly OK users there who just don't know it's been cast adrift. Including new accounts still finding it. It is attractive as it's open and mostly English language ...

You can't even do right by the users and contact them en masse.
