At the time I put this down to thermal throttling. I have since replaced Windows 11 on this machine with a minimal install using and I now get a solid 50fps in Minecraft (vsynced 60 with optimise mods) and Vintage Story runs at a solid 60fps on high settings.

What magic is this?
