Not the success I’d hoped. They were impossible to get out of the paper without destroying them, and I wanted to decorate them with vegan whipped cream, so I followed the recipe in Miyoko Schinner’s book, but it just ended up liquid and not at all whipable. I can’t see anything in the recipe I could’ve done wrong, though.

Still tasty (both the muffins and the cream), at least.
