I've had a couple things that didn't boot with it properly, but it mostly works as advertised.

IIRC some of it is not adequately open-source (UEFI blobs or something) and the dudes get really weird about it when it's brought up, but yeah it seems to mostly do the job.

Once setup you can just drop ISOs onto your thumb drive and they will boot. Works great.
