So, I clown on Sonic music a fair bit, there is something about it that is a combination of great and cheesy as all hell. I will not pretend that 『Live and Learn』 or 『I am all of Me』 weren't some of my favourite tracks during a particularly wannabe edgy period in my life.

Sonic Adventure and Adventure 2 have some great tracks, leveraging different genres to embody the characters. Giving Knuckles that Hip Hop/Rap approach is a stroke of genius in my mind. It works. It works too well. Even if it is hilariously cheesy. 『A Ghost's Pumpkin Soup』, enough said.

But today I want to showcase another Knuckles themed song.

When I think Knuckles, this song immediately comes to mind and I think it definitely works well as a image song for every gamer's favourite echidna.

As mentioned, the Sonic games have an amazing array of vocal tracks in their games, starting with Sonic CD. I honestly think it would be hard to imagine any future Sonic games that don't feature some kind of vocal track.

So, I think it is only fair, to show some respect and honour the hedgehog and the amazing people at Sonic Team to dedicate my entire Month's entries to Sonic songs. With 5 Wednesdays in April, I going to hit up 5 different Sonic games.

I'm going to back peddle a little bit, and give Knuckles his dues. 『UNKNOWN FROM M.E』is honestly such a peak Knuckles song.

Knuckles will forever be my favourite Sonic character of all time.
