the origin of the meme seems to be from a skrilla song named Doot Doot (6 7), well at least to the sources i found.

however it didn't really spread like wildfire until Cam Wilder uploaded a video where the famous 67 kid appeared and said the thing

i honestly don't know how and why it became so popular... although tbf nonsensical memes and jokes we're already a thing for ages.

sometimes things don't have to make sense, sometimes it's just absurd like that.
